LIONLEAD strictly adheres to stringent Recruitment Norms. The workforce comprises personnel who are at least 5’ 6’’ tall, Matriculate and medically fit and disciplined. Substantial exposure to security industry is one of the prerequisites for their recruitment. Subsequent to the recruitment, a comprehensive training is imparted by seasoned R & T Officers to the security personnel. The Training schedule comprises Fire Fighting, First Aid, Drill, Documentation, Mob Handling, Vigilance and customized training as per the specific needs of the valued client.
